Water (ml/day) = Body Weight (kg) × Age-based factor
- Age 1–3: 100 ml/kg
- Age 4–8: 75 ml/kg
- Age 9–13: 50 ml/kg
- Age 14+: 35 ml/kg (male), 30 ml/kg (female)
Activity adjustment:
- Low: +0%
- Moderate: +10%
- High: +20%
